Placing an Order

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Retail storefront, Call, Email, Fax. We even take orders sent to us by snail mail!

Q: How can I receive my order sooner?
A: If your order hasn’t already left the building, we can expedite your shipping to either USPS priority mail or UPS 3/2/1 day.


Q: Can I call an order in and pick it up?
A: While we recommend you take the time to look around our store (there's lots of interesting stuff to see!), if you’re in a hurry we can have your order pulled and waiting for you.
Please allow 3 hours to have order pulled, or just let us know that you’ll be in soon, and we’ll pull your order right away.

Q: How long will a flag last?

Q: My flag has words on it, can I read them on the back side?
A: Flags are standardly made single/reverse, so the flag will be reversed on the backside (you won’t be able to read it correctly). A flag that can be read from the back will be indicated “double sided” “dbl” etc. Double sided flags typically are more expensive and depending on the flag, can be twice the price or more. Please note that double sided flags are heavier and may have a “block-out liner” to prevent distorting the image due to light shining through. These heavily constructed flags will wear-out faster because the heaviness causes that flag to whip harder on the fly end (the end farthest from pole).

A: First you must know that not all flags are available in every material. We offer 4 types of flag materials….

A: There are many different reasons to display the american flag. There is no one specific “correct” way to display the flag. A general consensus of what is “proper” could be considered to be respectful.
