Did you notice that some of our products display the Add To Cart option and you’re not sure what it is or how it works? Not to worry, the new Add To Cart button is there for your convenience to be able to place an order quickly and at a time that is convenient for you (regardless of our business hours). As mentioned above, the new eCommerce buy button allows you to place an order online without having to call in. This checkout method can be used on all products that display the Add To Cart option. We are currently in the process of adding this possibility to our products. Meanwhile, if you would like to order items that do not display the Add To Cart button, please call in your order. Also, if your desired product option is shown as out of stock, you can still place an order for it over the phone at 410-766-6106 or 800-662-6106 during our business hours (M-F 9-6pm and Sat 9-1pm Eastern Time). Once you have added an item to cart, you will see an image of a cart on your right hand side on the screen. If you would like to add more than one item in the cart, you are able to navigate between the different pages and once you are on another page with the Add To Cart option, the cart will remember and display your previously added item as well the new items you might want to add. You will not see the cart image on pages that don’t have the Add To Cart option. When you are done choosing your products, click on the cart image and it will show a popup with your chosen items, quantity and pricing (without shipping or taxes). If everything looks good, click on the Checkout button at the bottom of this popup and that will open the FlagsOnline.com checkout page for you. FlagsOnline.com is our online shopping cart. Fill in your contact, shipping and billing information to place the order. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email and can track your order online. Your personal and credit card information is processed in a secure environment and not shared with third parties except to complete the transaction (e.g. we will share your address with the chosen courier to deliver the package). Don’t forget that you are still able to place your order or ask any questions you might have by calling us at 410-766-6106 or 800-662-6106 during business hours (M-F 9-6pm and Sat 9-1pm Eastern Time).
