A white flag with city logo - six multicolored arrows bending into each other to form a white star in the vacant space between them; the words ROCK HILL written large in blue, and below a yellow line, SOUTH CAROLINA in smaller letters.

Rock Hill is the largest city in York County, South Carolina, and a satellite city of Charlotte, North Carolina. The population was 49,765 at the 2000 census. According to 2007 estimates, the city has a population of 64,858, making it the fourth largest city in South Carolina.
