It appears Guerrero does not use a municipal flag.

The council informed me they did not find information regarding their municipal coat of arms. The coat of arms has the same format as the coat of arms of the state, having the motto "TRABAJO UNIDAD PROGRESO" [Work, Unity, Progress] to its sides and on top. At the bottom is GUERRERO. The upper half is divided into two sections: to the left over green is the Our Lady of the Refuge church; to the right over red is a cow, horse, and goat signifying the cattle-raising economic activity. Red and green are some of the National Colors.
Dividing both halves is a shield, remembering the coat of arms of the Count of Sierra Gorda. It is quartered in red and blue, having a white cross over it. The upper-left section depicts a moose, the upper-right a rabbit, the lower-left a mountain lion, and the lower-right a wild boar; these are part of the local fauna. The lower half depicts on the right side a tractor, a petroleum extraction tower, hydrocarbon storage tank, and a mill; these remember its natural gas and agricultural potential. To the left side is the Falcón Dam, with two fish and a boat over it. Over a bridge, two flags, one of the United States and the other of Mexico mark the International Boundary.
