Abtsgmünd Coat of Arms

Shield parted per pale, at dexter Gules a crozier issuant Argent in pale, at sinister Argent three balls Gules ordered per pale.
Meaning:
The crozier is alluding to the municipality's name and to Ellwangen Abbey, the former sovereign. The balls are taken from the family arms of the Hack kin of Wöllstein.
