Krzeszyce - rural commune, Sulęcin County, Lubuskie Voivodship - former German name: Kriescht.
Arms and flag adopted in 2003.
"Arms: shield divided vertically into two parts. On the right field - -silver (white) St.John's (Maltese) cross on red.
On the left field there is a golden wheat stalk on green.
Flag: colors of green, yellow, white and red, arranged into four equal horizontal stripes."
