heading mark, for that specimen, was: "Pageantry World Inc. P.O. BOX 5913 PASADENA, CA. 91107, U.S.A."
And the heading information was:" OFFICIAL FLAG MANUFACTURED UNDER LICENSE FROM THE
LOS ANGELES OLYMPIC ORGANIZING COMMITTEE"

The logo, called "Stars in Motion" was designed by Robert Miles Runyan; it was selected by the LAOOC in 1980 and approved by the IOC in the same year. The order of the stars themselves, while opposite of the American flag (red, white, blue), it represented the colors associated with prizes given out (blue, white and red).
