The white flag has a yellow stripe at the top- and bottom edge. The white field is divided by a red centred cross. In its upperhoist quarter is a ensemble of an upright anchor superimposed by two crosse oars and surrounded by an inscription "RCR 1898". In the lower fly quarter is a red spur wheel with a yellow dot in its centre.

Rathenower RC Wiking

Flag

It is a white flag with a black cotized Scandinavian cross. In the canton is a coat of arms showing a three towered red castle, two towers embattled while the central tower has a blue roof. A blue man is opening the blue gate. The shield is topped by a red mural crown made. In the lower fly are black serifed capital letters "RRC".

It is a dark blue blade with a shaft of the same colour.

RG Remagen

It is a triangular pennant. The flag is divided into four congruent triangles, a black one at the upper hoist and a green one at the lower hoist, both pointing to the fly. The other ones are white together forming a diamond with the black inscription "R.G.R.".

Name: Rendsburger Primaner Ruder Club von 1880
Located in: Rendsburg
Established: 28 May 1880
The flag remained basically the same, it is a red-white horizontal bicolour with the arms of Schleswig-Holstein in its centre (with current arms see left image above, with old arms see right image above). Only the arms of Schleswig-Holstein changed through the years. "Primaner" is an old name for pupils being in the two classes having the oldest pupils only on grammar schools. The classes were named Unterprima and Oberprima (literally the lower first and the upper first).

Rendsburger RV

Name: Rendsburger Ruderverein e.V.
Located in: Rendsburg
Established: 26 September 1910
It is red over white over blue horizontal tricolour. The colours are those of Schleswig-Holstein. The whole is superimposed by a bendy white line with a red upper edge and a blue lower edge. Within that line are blue dotted serifed capitals from upper hoist to lower fly "R.R.V.".

It is a vertical blue - white - blue triband, the white stripe slightly broader with a silver oval containing the club's logo in its centre. In the oval is a black rowing boat with crew and the name of the club surrounding the boat.

It is a white flag divided by a blue saltire. There are blue capitals "W"(top), "S"(bottom) and "V"(fly). The white canton is separarted by blue lines. It has half of total height. It contains the coat of arms of former county of Grafschaft Schaumburg. The city of Rinteln was its capital.

It is a red-white-red horizontal triband with black inscriptions "R"(upper and lower hoist) and "C"(upper fly). On centre on a white shield a black anchor with rope and black inscription "ROSSLEBEN"(alongside dexter base) and "A.D. UNSTRUT"(alongside sinister base).

Rüsselsheimer RK

Name: Rüsselsheimer Ruderklub 08 e.V.
Located in: Rüsselsheim/Main (Hessen)
Established: 25 July 1908
It is a white flag divided by a red saltire. In the centre of the field is a red-edged shield with a red man-trap (term according to German heraldry, a man-trap consists of a number one connected with its reflected image, is here taken from the coat of arms of the city of Rüsselsheim) and two red 5-point-stars. The canton is a horizontal red over white over red triband. The white stripe has three black capital letters "RRK".
As far as I know RRK was one of the best German rugby clubs, but Germany is not really a Rugby nation.
