It is a black-white vertical bicolour. The coat of arms is shifted to the top with an additional black inscription "Markt Baudenbach" in a rectangle on top of the shield.

Baudenbach Coat of Arms

Shield Argent, on base Vert a draw well Gules with columns and tent roof, charged with an inescutcheon quartered of Argent and Sable.
The village gained the status of a market town in 1747 but had no proper seals. The arms display the well on the local market place. The inescutcheon displays the arms of the Zollern kin and is referring to the fact that Margrave Friedrich of Brandenburg-Bayreuth gained the market rights. Furthermore the tinctures red and white are those of Brandenburg.
