Mistelbach Coat of Arms

Shield Gules a fess indented reversed Or, in base two knives Argent in saltire.
Meaning:
The arms are based on the family arms of the Lords of Mistelbach, who ruled the village from 1321 until 1563. The additional knives are attributes of St. Bartholomew, the local patron saint.
