Kastl Coat of Arms

Shield Gules three billets Or ordered 1:2, at dexter mantled Or a spade's blade Azure, at sinister mantled Argent a quatrefoil Vert.
Meaning:
The spade is an attribute of St. Kastulus, name giver of the village and former patron saint of its church. The quatrefoil is symbolising agriculture. The billets, actually being bricks, are symbolising local clay pits and brickyards.
