About the flag

Flag of the Concepción City in Chile.
Andrés Bobadilla Rodríguez, 1 February 2016

The flag of Concepción is a horizontal bi-color of yellow over dark blue with the coat of arms of the city in the canton. The arms appear to feature a black eagle displayed, facing the hoist, on a yellow field, the shield enclosed within a dark blue bordure. The bordure contains several charges itself, including four eight-pointed yellow starts in the "corners," a sprig of a white wildflower along the left and right sides, an eight-wavy-rayed Sun at the top center, and a silver crescent moon in the base.

The version posted to FOTW's Facebook page matches the graphic of the Concepción flag currently found on Wikipedia (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_Concepcion,_Chile.svg).
