Description

The flag of the City of Ruidoso Downs is white with city logo on it and blue border on all sides. The logo shows scenic scene with a tree and mountain and Zia sun, and three horse riders riding into right, including the city name "THE / CITY OF / RUIDOSO / DOWNS / INC. 1947" all text and logo in blue. "Ruidoso Downs is a city in Lincoln County, New Mexico, United States, located within the Lincoln National Forest. The population was 1,824 at the 2000 census, at which time it was a village; the change was made in May 2002. It is a suburb of Ruidoso and is a part of the Ruidoso Micropolitan Statistical Area.
