Description of the flag

The city of Richfield has informed me that it does have a flag, but is unable to provide an image of it.

I have drawn the new flag of Richfield, approved in 2016, from a city logo (from city website) approved in 2015. The flag is shown in a newspaper photo from Dec 2016 with the first Latina mayor of Minnesota.
