The Liplyavs'ka Community (Ліплявська сільська громада)
was created in 2017, and enlarged in 2020. It has 5 populated places. The Community has about 219 km²
with about 2700 inhabitants. The administrative seat is the
Village of Liplyave.
The Community has not adopted its own symbols yet (In such cases usually the symbols
of the administrative seat are in use, until the distinct symbols are adopted).
Other places don't have symbols, as far as I know.

The Village of Liplyane has its own symbols coat of arms and flag. The flag contains elements of
the coat of arms, but I couldn't find photo with full view of it.

The bit that can be seen on the indoors pole mounted furled flag photo
Valentin Poposki sent suggests that the flag is dark green with the wooden tower that
serves as supports on the coat of arms centered on the cloth, flanked by
two lances with pennons, like the one on the first third of the arms,
dipped inwards. The lance pennons are plain red, and deeply forked.
The scroll reads "Лепляве" (ISO-9 translit.: "Leplâve"), so there's
either a typo or some detail I didn't catch in Valentin's text.
