The Local Council of Kedumim is situated
in the centre of Samaria, 70 km north to Jerusalem
on road 55. Est. 1975. Pop: 3000. Reports are that in case of
need an emblem on various colours is used. My image shows the
popular blue on light blue, but this report
needs further confirmation, so meanwhile it is only probable.

The emblem of the Local Council of Kedumim has not been formally
adopted. Israeli municipalities in areas occupied since 1967
cannot register their emblems*. Many Israeli laws are in force in those municipalities
when adopted there by the military commander, but the Symbols/Emblems Protection Act of 1974
is not one of them.
