The municipality of Casas de los Pinos (459 inhabitants in 2018; 6,821 ha) is located on the border with the Province of Albacete, 120 km south of Cuenca and 60 km north-west of Albacete.

The flag of Casas de los Pinos is prescribed by an Order issued on 25
February 1997 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 7
March 1997 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 10, pp.
1,115-1,116 (text).
The flag is described as follows:
Flag: Rectangular, in proportions 2:3, horizontally divided in the middle, the upper part, white and the lower part, red, a yellow right-angled equilateral triangle placed along the hoist.
The coat of arms of Casas de los Pinos is prescribed by an Order issued
on 25 February 1997 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and
published on 7 March 1997 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha,
No. 10, pp. 1,115 (text).
The coat of arms is described as follows:
Coat of arms: Per pale, 1. Argent a pine eradicated proper, 2. Gules two houses argent port and windows azure. Grafted in base, or a bunch of grapes gules. The shield surmounted by a Spanish Royal crown.
The arms can be read as a rebus of the village's name, lit., The Pines'
Houses. The pine refers to the pinewood adjacent to the village; the
seal used by the municipality until the late 19th century features in
the center a pine on a base.
The houses recall that the population of the municipality is scattered
over several villages, the two most important being Casas de Roldán.
Grapevine is the most characteristic crop of the municipality.
