The municipal website of Duggingen, http://www.duggingen.ch, describes the arms as: "Wappen: Seit 1946. In Gold auf einem roten Dreiberg ein aufrechter schwarzer Bär mit roten Krallen. Das Wappen der Herren von Bärenfels, also ein redendes Wappen. Verwendet seit Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts. Flagge: gelbschwarzrot."

Arms: Since 1946. Or on Coupeaux of three gules a bear rampant sable armed of the second. The arms of the Lords of Bärenfels, therefore canting arms. Used since the beginning of the 20th century. Flag: yellow-black-red.
