Description of the flag

The Bluffs on the Cape Fear, normally referred to as just "The Bluffs" is an unincorporated residential community located in Northern Brunswick County along the Cape Fear river, which is what the community is partially named after.

The community flag is a blue field with the community logo in the center, with the shortened name used.
