The Comité Paralímpico Paraguayo (Paraguayan Paralympic Committee) was given
membership in the International Paralympic Committee in 2019 and sent athletes
for the first time to the Paralympic Games in Tokyo this year. While the
delegation was in Tokyo, they were in a video interview and behind them was a
flag they could be using as their organizational flag. In the photo at
https://www.facebook.com/paralimpicopy/photos/1218554975330629/, the flag
that was used as a white flag with their logo in the center.
