According to an unsigned e-mail from the Rectorat de
l’Université d’Ouagadougou, the university flag
consists of the University Arms as found on
their web site on a dark blue
field.

complete with the star at top and bottom.

The University of Ouagadougou is now known as University of Joseph Ki-Zerbo.
