Urspringen Coat of Arms

Shield parted by a pale wavy Argent, at dexter Gules a ram's horn Argent, at sinister quartered of Gules and Argent.
Meaning:
The pale wavy is canting, as the name of the municipality means "origin of a creek". The quartered shield displays the arms of the Counts of Castell, the horn is a differentiation of those of the Voit kin from Rieneck. Around 1730 the former had been reeves of the latter, who had been vassals of the Counts of Rieneck.
