Lenningen Coat of Arms

Shield Azure, a linden branch with six leaves, shaped like a number eight, base barry bendy of Or and Sable.
Meaning:
The base is displaying the family arms of the Dukes of Teck, as all former municipalities of Lenningen had been their dominions. Linden leaves had been also in the arms of the former municipalities Unterlenningen and Gutenberg. The twisted form is alluding to the close connection of all former municipalities. Each leaf is representing one of the six former municipalities.

Banner and arms were approved on 15 August 1977 by Esslingen County.
