The Bands

There are two Schaghticoke Bands in CT that separated in 1986 - Schaghticoke Tribal Nation and Schaghticoke Indian Tribe. Now, the two tribes are unrecognized, although STN was recognized, but later it was reversed.

There is also a flag of yet a third claimant group, the Schaghticoke First Nation with a website at http://www.schaghticoke.info/.
