Description of the flag

The flag is red, with a dark blue ring bearing 23 white stars, and the name SCHUYLER, and in the center a green square carrying a white shape.

Schuyler County is a county located in the U.S. state of Missouri. As of 2000, the population is 4,171. Its county seat is Lancaster. The county was organized in 1843 and named for Gen. Philip Schuyler, delegate to the Continental Congress and U.S. senator from New York."
