State flag

Unity State was re-established on 22 February 2020, acquiring its state symbols the same year. It is unclear if the state re-adopted symbols or took the modern design inspiration from Northern Liech State, as the old version was in blue and white. The state flag has a gold field with the state emblem in the center.

Emblem

The state emblem depicts, in its center, an oil derrick with a flame above for the petroleum industry which has brought wealth to the region. Behind the oil derrick, a green wreath is visible representing peace and its name. Underneath, a red outline of a white ribbon reads UNITY STATE within in black.
