I have discovered a number of variant designs of the flag of Twic State. The latest version, from April 2017, shows a Pelican (sometimes in flight) in the centre of a flag with a green field.
On 6 April 2018, the Governor of Twic State, Hon. Kon Manyiel Kuol has
officially, a new state flag featuring a Great White Pelican and laid the
foundation stone for the State Secretariat General in Mayen Abun. The
inauguration ceremony was witnessed by the Speaker of Twic State Legislative
Assembly Hon. Mangok Kom Nyuol and citizens. Kuol called on the citizens of Twic
Mayardit to unite and work together for the development of new state. In 2016,
parliament planned on adopting the logo in a session chaired by the Speaker of
Twic State Legislative Assembly. However, the vote did not work out as no new
logo ended up being adopted that year.

The hamerkop flag was used until the government disestablished this symbol in
2018:
This state flag depicted the Hamerkop (in Dinka known as Adol). It
officially stopped being used in 2018, and appears (though not certain) to have
been used alongside the tricolor flag (below) since 2016. Clearly, it was the
Twic County logo which evolved to read Twic State instead. By the time Twic
State become a county in 2020, the pelican (Jack-anuan) reverted to the Hamerkop
logo.

Previous versions of the State flag, used until April
2017, showed the state emblem in the centre of a white over green horizontal bi-colour
with a blue triangle at the hoist. Within the triangle were five 5-pointed
white stars (images
