All parts of the emblem are connected. To the sides of the emblem are branches, with the bottom having a ribbon reading Southern Liech State in green. The emblem depicts a tiger for its fauna and cow for prosperity beside two connected palm trees as a symbol of the environment, all by the water representative of its many streams and land.
