Is there any evidence that the logo (perhaps a new logo?) of the Qatar Olympic Committee that appears on this ipage and this page  is used on any flag?
Jose Antonio Jimenez Ruiz, 13 June 2018

The new logo was made public on 5 October 2017 and, according to this page, the new emblem "builds on Qatar's sporting heritage and patriotic roots by combining the national flag and shield as a symbol of pride, whilst looking to the future with a contemporary, adaptable and innovative design, which is able to adopt multiple forms across modern and traditional platforms." This shield design is transformed into other icons used for various sports, such as a green shield and white midfield markings for football.
As for a new flag, I have no idea. I checked in both Arabic and English and so far I could not see anything. One thing I noticed as well is the word "team" is in both Arabic and English; see this picture for example. I am not sure what would be used on a flag and a branding guide was not made public.
