Shield Azure, a bundle of three flax branches Or blossomed Argent, in chief a palm frond Or in fess, on base wavy Argent a barrulet wavy Azure. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "LAMELAS".
Meaning:
According to Sérgio Horta the palm frond is representing Sta. Eulalia, the local patron saint, and the religiousness of the local people as well. The base wavy is representing Leça River. The flax branches are representing agriculture and craftwork.

Lamelas Commune, a.k.a. Santa Eulália de Lamelas, was one of the pre-2013 communes of Santo Tirso Municipality; it had 922 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 4.7 km².
