Coat of arms

Shield Argent with base wavy of Argent and Azure, an eradicated olive tree Vert fruited sable, in chief a radiant sun Gules at dexter and a waxing crescent Gules at sinister, issuant from base a triplemount Vert. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "BENFEITA".
