Overview

Diriamba is a municipality in the Carazo department. Information about it is at Wikipedia.
The flag is reported at www.alcaldiadiriamba.gob.ni as light blue and charged with the emblem. There is also an article in Spanish about its history.
Olivier Touzeau and Dov Gutterman, 8 May and 16 July 2008

Translated from this site: "The flag is light blue and the shield [indeed rather a seal?] includes a rustic swing plow, a book and a branch of coffee surrounded by a ring inscribed with SCIENCE, WORK, PEACE in the upper part and MUNICIPALITY OF DIRIAMBA in the lower part."
Ivan Sache, 16 May 2008
