Overview

Semeliskes (Elektrenai municipality) - field divided per sinister wavy, on the forward green field a golden bell with Christ's monogram (IHS), backward a silver field powdered with Gothic ornamentation. Flag proportions 10:11, free edges bordered with a golden stripe, finial is a golden knob. The wavy line represents the letter S of both Semeliskes town and Streva River names. The bell represents the oldest bell of the local church, dated in the early 15th century. The Gothic ornamentation refers to the ages both of the bell and the town (first mentioned in 1375).
