The college flag has white background with a red emblem in the center. https://www.joetsu.ne.jp/138461
The emblem was inspired by the "N" of Niigata College of Nursing, the "N" of Nursing, and the tulip, the prefectural flower of Niigata Prefecture.
The red "circle" represents the brilliant sun of hope and vitality, and the "N" expresses the creativity that opens up a comprehensive view of health, medical care, and welfare, as well as the transmission of nursing people, products, and information hand in hand. It also symbolizes the majestic figure of Niigata Prefectural College of Nursing, which will lead the 21st century in flight and development.
