The Flag

Gifu University has white flag with orange and black boats emblem.

According to Gifu University, the symbol was created by one of their professors, Hanichi Sakai, in 1950. It was formally adopted in 1951 and was later incorporated into the university logomark in 2009. The logomark manual, while it does not have a flag specification sheet, denotes the orange is DIC 163 and black is a process color.
