The city emblem and the flag were adopted on Mar 31st 2006 by Notice No 1 and 2. The white flag has a blue, a green and a yellow green three color city emblem in the center and kanji city name in green at lower fly.  The city emblem is a stylized K of Kurobe. It represents the city of comfortable closeness where the people grown by mountains ,fresh streams and green earth live together with a nature of Kurobe. The flag proportion is 2:3.

Unazuki Town / 宇奈月町

The flag of the former town of Unazuki was maroon with mark. The town is now, from 2006, part of the city of Kurobe.
