The village emblem and the flag were adopted on Oct 1st 1971 by Notice No 55. The blue flag has a white village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized hiragana み Mi of Miho. Three circles symbolize merged former three villages and a peace, a surge and a reconciliation. The flag proportion is 10: 15. The height of the emblem is 6/10 of height of the flag.
