The company, which was based in Piraeus, is no longer in business. Quoting the Adriatic and Aegean Ferries website:
One of the two companies belonging to Agapitos family: this one managed by Vassilis and Antonis Agapitos. The company had a great history below, serving also Rhodes via Crete until 1992, when Agapitos Brothers decided to separate their forces and Agapitos Express Ferries was born. From that year until 1995 served the lines Piraeus - Syros - Tinos - Myconos and Piraeus - Paros - Ikaria - Fourni - Samos with their two ferries Golden Vergina and Naias II, then, by acquiring three ships in four years, she started to serve also Naxos, Ios, Santorini, Anafi and other smaller islands of Cyclades. In November 1999 all Agapitos ships were bought by Minoan Flying Dolphins and company's services ceased.

According to Brown's Flags and Funnels of Shipping Companies of the World (1995) [lgr95], the house flag of Agapitos Bros. is white with a green border and the logotype of the company in the middle.
