Symbols of Montemayor de Pililla

The flag (photo, Town Hall) and arms of Montemayor de Pililla are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 5 December 2003 by the Municipal Council, signed on 12 January 2004 by the Mayor, and published on 22 January 2004 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 14, p. 937 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular flag, in proportions 2:3, made of three horizontal stripes in proportions 1/6, 4/6 and 1/6, the upper stripe red, the central stripe white, and the lower stripe green. In the middle of the flag, on the white stripe, is placed the municipal coat of arms.
Coat of arms: Per pale, 1. Gules a Latin cross argent, 2. Argent a town gules surrounded by four pines eradicated vert. The shield surmounted with a Royal crown closed.
