Shield Gules, issuant from sinister flanch an arm Argent dressed Or, holding a fish Argent in bend sinister, carrying an annulet Or with emerald by his muzzle.
Meaning:
The arms are those of the Preu kin, one of the many families, who had been owners of the local district (German: Hofmark) and the local cognisance. The kin owned the district between 1602 and 1703.

The arms were approved on 14 May 1980 by district governor (Regierungspräsident) of Oberbayern. The banner is in use at least since April 2004.
