Holzheim Coat of Arms

Shield Argent two bends sinister Gules, over all a double headed eagle Sable, crowned and armed Or.
Meaning:
Holzheim County belonged to the Counts of Berg-Schelkingen and was acquired by Austria in 1303. It remiend a dominion of the Habsburg kin until the end of the Holy Roman Empire in 1806. The bends sinister are taken from the arms of the Counts of Berg, the eagle, and the flag colours, from those of Austria.
