Vodňany flag

Vodňany Town, District Strakonice: The flag of the town bears the colors of the town. The field of the flag is made of four horizontal stripes - green , yellow, green  and yellow in relation 1 : 1 : 1 : 1. The ratio is  2 : 3.
Aleš Křižan, 2 Feb 2001

The city symbols of Vodňany are regulated by General Binding Decree no. 2/2005 on the City Symbols and Their Use, valid since 25 Mar 2005. This decree sets four city symbols, namely the city colours, coat of arms, flag and the mayor's standard.

Vodňany standard of the mayor

[Vodńany standard of the mayor] By Kryštof Huk, 19 Sep 2018, according to official description and depiction, included with full version of document available from city upon request.

The Standard of the Mayor: White lion in red field (that is the Lion of Bohemia - Lion rampant Argent, queued forchée, langued, armed and crowned Or) bordered (unknown way) in the colours of the town . The ratio is the same like in the Arms of that town (It was really written so!). <if someone wants to have ago at this: the Lion of Bohemia and the border are at this page (bottom).
Aleš Křižan, 2 Feb 2001

The standard of the mayor is regulated by Article 5 of General Binding Decree no. 2/2005 on the City Symbols and Their Use and it is described as follows:
"Bílý lev v červeném poli, lem v barvách města. Poměr stran shodný s poměrem stran městského znaku."
Which translates to:
"A white lion in a red field with a border in the city colours. The ratio of the sides is identical to the ratio of the city arms"
The mayor's standard was adopted on the 22 Feb 1996. The decree does not mention any specifications about how the flag can or can't be used in relation to the city flag (some cities require they be flown only side by side).
As was mentioned in a previous comment on the standard by Aleš Křižan (2 Feb 2001), the description of the flag is very confusing and insufficient. I have therefore contacted the city and managed to retrieve the full decree along with a depiction of the standard. I have recreated the image above according to the depiction.

A more accurate description of the standard would thus be:
"A white lion rampant queue forchée (double tailed) armed, langued and crowned yellow in a red field with a thin yellow border surrounded by a border of 11 equal diagonal stripes of yellow and green, the central yellow stripe emerging from a point five sixths down the hoist and terminating in the top fly corner. The ratio of the flag is 1 : 1.15"
The 1:1.15 ratio is an approximate rounded one based on the depiction the city provided. The official ratio doesn't make sense as there is no "ratio of the arms", that changes depending on the artist tasked with depicting the arms. My specification of the point from which stripes issue help ensure the person drawing the flag can achieve the correct angle.
