Description of the flag

The flag reads "Loyal Canada", probably commemorating the coronation of UK King Edward VII, with crest of Canada's provinces, under an applied vignette of UK's Queen Consort Alexandra and King Edward VII. Edward VII came to the throne on 22 January 1901, which dates this flag to around that date.
