The Municipality of Dibër has a new flag.
It is now a 2x3 white flag with a new modernized coat of arms in the middle with
inscription below "Bashkia Dibër". You can see it on a few photos here:

The [former] flag of Dibër is white with the municipal coat of arms in the center. "Bashkia" means "Municipality".

The flag of Klos is light blue with the municipal coat of arms in the center. There is also a vertical version with a white field and the writing "Bashkia [Municipality] Klos" beneath the arms.
