Description

"The Ministry of Mines and Petroleum manages all-natural resources in Afghanistan and it is committed to performing its responsibilities for sustainable usage of the resources (Minerals and Hydrocarbons) to sustain financial growth and the balance payment. Moreover, policymaking, operationalization, and regulation of the extractive sector for an effective, efficient and sustainable use for the national economic growth constitute the mission of MoMP. It dates back as far as 1841, when "British troops searched to find the exporting mineral resources that were used as trade for industrial products in England".
