Flag of the 30th ICV

The flag of the 30th International Congress of Vexillology(ICV30) in Beijing is a fusion of the logo of the FIAV "knot" and the flag of the Vexillology Research Center of China "nine stars". In the oracle bone inscription, the word "Zhong" and "flag" is the same word, nine is also the largest single number in Chinese culture, two nine flags combined into the " vexillology" The initials V, representing the ancient and modern, the East meets the West, with the spirit of the times and international perspective. Add five stars that "five stars out of the East to benefit China". In ancient China, the yellow color represents the middle and central, and the red flag has the distinctive characteristics of the new China. The flag length to width ratio is 3:2, red and yellow colors are Y100.
The flag is planned and interpreted by Zhao Xinfeng, the chairman of Vexillology Research Center of China, and the design is commissioned to designer Zhang Pengfei. 2022 July 15, by Zhao Xinfeng at the ICV 29th General Assembly of FIAV.
