Description of the flag

Flag of Libertador Municipality is official since September 28, 2012
Red: at the bottom that symbolizes the blood shed by the patriots on the immortal land in the Battle of Carabobo and inside it has a silhouette of the triumphal arch in white representing the triumph of the patriots. A silhouette of the Liberator Simón Bolívar on a horse of the same color refers to the name of the municipality.
The upper triangle is blue that symbolizes the heaven of peace, in it 2 yellow stars appear that represent the wealth of values and the 2 urban parishes in which the municipality is divided: Tocuyito and Independencia,
Along the descending diagonal we have a green stripe symbolizing natural resources: flora, fauna and hydrography, from the Libertador municipality.
