Description of the flag

Wikipedia's "Ethnic flag" page en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethnic_flag shows the flag of Mulatto ethnic group. This flag appears legitimate, appearing on several websites concerned with the subject. Wiki's write-up says:

"Richard "Warbird" Miller, Creator of the mulatto flag. This flag represents mulattos. Before I left the scene back in 2001, I intended to find other multiracials, such as mestizos, hapas, and osrouges with similar interests for their own people to design their own flags, and we'd link up together. This never happened though. I would like to get this done soon though - I had no idea that the Mulatto flag would catch on like this, and I think that it's important that other multiracial flags be created before the Mulatto flag gets misunderstood to represent all multiracials. Be on the lookout, I may design a temporary Universal Multiracial Flag in order to prevent this from happening. And I say "temporary" because it takes more than a mulatto to have fair input on it."

There are other variants of this flag but those seem to be just an enhancements of the original Miller's flag.
