This photo shows the flag of the New York Department of Environmental Protection Police Department on stage. The Environment Protection Police watch over the Aqueduct and Resevoirs and such. While reading about the "DEP Police Opening New Precinct in Valhalla," I noticed a striped flag. At first I thought it was the NYC Police flag but then I noticed it had thinner stripes.
