Villages of Urbana is a planned community within the central portions of the CDP of Urbana. It was established in 1999.
The flag is a green field with the community seal in the center.

Seal

The seal is a white ring with a golden outline. The community name and establishment state are inscribed on the ring, separated by two green stars. In the field of the seal is a park scene with a swing set with a family sitting in it hanging from a tree. Next to the tree is a picket fence.
